CUSTOM ORDERS

How long does a customer order take?

The time frame for customer orders can be variable as we may require time to source supplies based on your requirements. We will ensure you are consulted throughout the custom order process to keep you updated on its progress. 

I like one of your items but would like to change one or two things. Is this a custom order?

Yes, this would be considered a Custom Order. Items listed on our pages are those currently ready for purchase. Changes to these items require time, and potentially additional supplies, to modify.

SHIPPING

How much does postage and handling cost?

Postage and handling depends on the size and weight of the items (and current Australia post parcel charges). Please refer to the individual product information page for shipping costs.

How quickly do you send out your orders?

We send completed orders/ready to ship products within 3 business days via Australia Post. All packages are sent with a tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to Australia.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love our products! However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Can I cancel my order?

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

What if I received my item and there is an issue?

We try our very best to ensure all items are of great quality, match the descriptions and be fit for purpose. If you have received a faulty item, please let us know. We can discuss options with you such as repair, replacement, or refund.

 Please note, we do not currently offer replacements or refunds for a change of mind.  

How do I request a repair, replacement, or refund?

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to discuss how we can help you.

 Whether it be repair, replacement, or refund, we request the item be returned. We will send you via email a post-paid label to place on the package for return – that way you won’t have to pay for postage! 

 After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the action as agreed with you.

 In the event of a refund, in line with PayPal refund arrangements, 

  • If you sent the payment using a debit or credit card, the refund will credit to the card used. It may take up to 30 days for the card to be credited.

  • If you sent your payment using a bank account and the payment is cancelled, it will be refunded to your PayPal balance within 3-5 business days.

 Please note, sale items are considered ‘final sale’ and cannot be returned.
